Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) offers a comprehensive package of maintenance programs designed to enhance system reliability and performance. Our Programs which offer three different levels of service, are designed to meet the individual needs of our customers. A summary of each plan is described as follows:
Bronze Plan
The Bronze Plan is designed to provide our customer with a consistent level and frequency of maintenance on the UPS System. This plan provides for regular scheduled maintenance visits during the term of the contract. The maintenance schedule includes one (1) visit on the UPS module and two (2) visits on the battery system (M - F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Non-Holidays). Remedial maintenance services (parts & labor) are available at 20% off of current list pricing. Replacement batteries and labor are not included. These services are available at additional charge on a time & material or quote basis.
Silver Plan
The Silver Plan is designed to provide our customer with a high level of remedial and preventative maintenance coverage of the UPS System. This plan incorporates the benefits of the Bronze plan with the additional benefit of remedial maintenance coverage of the UPS during normal MEPPI business hours (M - F 8:.00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Non-Holidays). Replacement batteries and labor are not included. These services are available at additional charge on a time & material or quote basis.
Gold Plan
The Gold Plan is designed to provide our customer with the highest level of remedial and preventative maintenance coverage of the UPS System. The maintenance schedule includes (1) one visit on the UPS Module and (2) two visits on the battery system with the additional benefit of remedial maintenance coverage of the UPS (all parts and labor are included) during all hours (7X24). Replacement batteries and labor are not included. These services are available at additional charge on a time & material or quote basis.
A service contract with MEPPI will ensure that all services will be provided by qualified and factory trained service personnel in accordance with the company's standards of service excellence. Additionally, the equipment and the services provided are backed by the knowledge, capabilities and resources of MEPPI.
