Mitsubishi Electric offers a full range of service agreement options tailored to the unique needs of each customer. These programs are designed to enhance your system performance and reliability. Defined in three general categories as Bronze, Silver & Gold Plans, these programs provide coverage levels to meet your service and budget requirements and are detailed as follows:
Bronze Plan
The Bronze Plan is designed to provide our customer with a consistent level and frequency of maintenance on the UPS System. This plan provides for regular scheduled maintenance visits during the term of the contract. The maintenance schedule includes one (1) visit on the UPS module and two (2) visits on the primary or first string of VRLA batteries. Price adjustments for additional battery strings as well as additional PM visits on the UPS module and or batteries are available. Remedial maintenance services are available at 20% off of current list pricing.
Silver Plan
The Silver Plan is designed to provide our customer with a high level of remedial and preventative maintenance coverage of the UPS System. This plan incorporates the benefits of the Bronze plan with the additional benefit of remedial maintenance coverage of the UPS during normal business hours.
Gold Plan
The Gold Plan is designed to provide our customer with the highest level of remedial and preventative maintenance coverage of the UPS System. This plan incorporates the benefits of the Silver plan with the additional benefit of remedial maintenance coverage of the UPS during all hours.
