The Mitsubishi Electric Power Products UPS division offers a comprehensive package of maintenance programs designed to enhance the system’s reliability and performance over its lifetime. Each of these three levels of service is designed to meet the individual needs of each customer.
 
Service Agreements:
 
Bronze Plan*
The Bronze Plan is designed to provide minimum required maintenance.  This plan provides regularly scheduled maintenance visits for the term of the contract during normal business hours (M-F 8 am to 5 pm).   The standard maintenance schedule includes one (1) visit on the UPS module and two (2) visits on the batter system.  Additional visits can be added if necessary, at an additional cost.  Remedial (repair) services (parts and labor) are available at a discount off our current list pricing.  The Bronze Plan is the most suitable during the UPS warranty period.
 
Silver Plan*
The Silver Plan includes the periodic maintenance services of the Bronze Plan, as well as the addition of remedial service (repair, service, parts and labor) during normal work hours.
 
Gold Plan*
The Gold Plan is designed to provide the highest level of remedial and periodic maintenance coverage of the UPS System.  This plan includes the benefits of the Bronze and Silver Plans with the addition of 7x24x365 remedial service (including all parts and labor).
 
*Replacement batteries and labor are not included.  These services are available at additional charge on a time and material or quote basis

1)​ Unless otherwise noted, all Plans include one Preventat​ive Maintenance (PM) visit on the UPS Module, 2 PM visits on the batteries. Contact UPS Systems Groups Contract Administrator for quotation of additional PM services.
2)​ ​All Service Agreements require pre-site inspection before coverage. Pre-site inspection will typically coincide with first Preventative Maintenance.
