A Mitsubishi UPS reacts to a power problem instantaneously. How will your team do?

The integrity and sustainability of an organization is based on the performance of its people. Ensure you have the trained technical resources you need to keep your companies and customer’s Mitsubishi equipment operational by attending an Authorized Service Provider technical certification.
Training Your Team
Whether it is training on a new product, training for a new employee or refresher class, the success of your company as a Mitsubishi Authorized Service Provider (ASP) relies on the performance its people. Training makes the difference in your team’s ability to react to critical power situations and take preventative measures to reduce them. We offer classes designed to meet the needs of your company’s team and its customers on the 1100A/B, 2033A, 2033C, 2033D, 2033G, 7011A, 9700A, 9800AD/AE, and 9900A/B models.
See the class description page for Authorized Service Provider classes and customer First Responder classes. Factory and onsite training is available. Training to service and maintain Mitsubishi UPSs is only offered to existing Authorized Service Providers.
Class Design:
Classes are designed to combine theory, product familiarity, safe operation, hands-on application and applied learning. Revised manuals, various media and demonstrations combined with working in the lab prepare up to eight participants per class for certification and work in the field or customers how to use and understand the display of the UPSs at their facility.
Scheduling Training:
For class schedule and pricing, e-mail Mitsubishi Training Coordinator Chris Rishack. Seats will only be reserved based on the receipt of purchase orders from authorized service providers or end users.
