The Classes

Classes have been designed to meet the participant’s needs whether it is for operational, preventative maintenance, or service training by providing safety oriented interactive instruction. Class size is limited to a maximum of eight people to insure adequate hands-on time and the opportunity to work with equipment outside of a production environment. Generally, digital multi-meters, phase rotation meters, digital oscilloscopes, and laptops will be used during hands-on portions of the class.

Electronic and traditional teaching methods are incorporated into the training. After reviewing the Safety Training Manual and appropriate forms are signed. Each participant will receive a binder which includes course material, service and/or operation related manuals, the latest version of installation tools, and UPS operational software specific to the models covered.
