DiamondLink software is an web based advanced user-customizable power monitoring, management and shutdown software, designed to provide information about the power conditions of the UPS. DiamondLink will monitor the health and status of your UPS and, when critical events occur, will perform a graceful, unattended shutdown. 

The NetCom is a SNMP/Web agent hardware adapter runs an embedded Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)software agent. This agent responds to SNMP GETs and SETs and, also, forwards TRAPs to designated recipients when critical conditions occur to the UPS—such as going on battery backup.
