On-Line N-TCG-6C

Mitsubishi Electric Power Prodcts supplies on-line dissolved gases analyzers (on-line DGA) for monitoring the level of combustible gases present in transformer insulating oil. These on-line DGA devices can be supplied as part of a new transformer, or generally can be installed on any existing transformer without interruption of transformer operation that may require monitoring of the combustible gas levels present in the insulation oil.

The on-line DGA is a preventative maintenance device that is permanently mounted on the transformer. This monitor is part of a closed loop system that samples oil without any loss of oil from the transformer.

It is superior in saving maintenance cost and time because of using atmospheric air for carrier gas, and it has a widely applicable communication interface for various monitoring systems.
