JURISDICTION AND VENUE. This Site is owned and operated by MEPPI from its offices in Warrendale, Pennsylvania of the United States of America. This Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania of the United States of America and, as to matters affecting copyright, trademark and patents, by United States federal law. This Site will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.
